Payments

Shepherds is 100% cashless, so every payment is safe, recorded and receipted.

How to pay

• Booked on Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform: pay only through that platform. Anything extra, such as an agreed late checkout or a damage claim, goes only through that platform, under its rules. Airbnb bookings carry no fines or fees outside Airbnb.
• Booked directly with Shepherds: pay by the payment link or bank details we send from the official Shepherds WhatsApp (+91 8971814740) or email.

Good to know

• Please don't hand cash to anyone: staff, cook, caretaker, vendors or managers.
• Food from our cook is billed on a Shepherds food bill and paid the same way as your stay: through Airbnb for Airbnb bookings, by our payment link for direct ones. See Live kitchen and meals.
• Staff cannot sell, hold or extend a stay. A room paid for to anyone on site is not a booking, and entry will be refused.
• Tips are welcome, at your discretion. Tell us and we'll process them digitally.
• No other payment arrangement is valid without written confirmation from the Shepherds host profile or the official Shepherds WhatsApp.
• Payments made outside these channels aren't recognised, and Shepherds can't take responsibility for them.
